Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Ireland only.

Standard Shipping — €4.99

All orders are dispatched via An Post Standard Post. Delivery is typically 1–2 working days once your order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Processing Time

Each plaque is made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for processing before dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Tracking

Tracking is available on parcels within the Republic of Ireland where provided by An Post. Your tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Cuimhne Code is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout; if a parcel is returned to us for this reason, additional postage may apply to resend it.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch notification, contact us at cuimhnecode@gmail.com with your order number. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 apply in full.
