If Cuimhne Code ever had to wind down

In the unlikely case that we ever had to stop running this business, here is what we would do. We would give you as much notice as possible — months, not days. We would let you download every photograph and every word from your memorial page. We would act with care and full transparency from the first email to the last. Your memories belong to you. We would never just switch off the lights.

One payment, no surprises

Cuimhne Code is a one-time purchase. €100, paid once. There are no subscriptions, no renewal fees, no upgrades to a “Pro” plan, no hidden charges. Ever.

Built for the long term

Every plaque we sell is a reason to keep the service running and growing. Our goal is to be the memorial platform that Irish families rely on for generations — quietly, in the background, doing what we said we would do.

What “lifetime access” actually means

Lifetime access means your memorial page remains live for as long as Cuimhne Code operates, with no further fees. It does not mean an unconditional guarantee that any company will exist forever — no honest business can promise that. What it does mean is this: we will do everything in our power to honour your trust, and if anything ever changed, we would give you back everything you had given us.

The replacement guarantee

If your plaque arrives damaged, or the QR code does not scan, we will replace it. No questions asked, no forms, no proof needed.
